Pour un brownies :
* 130 g de chocolat noir
* 170 g de sucre
* 90 g de beurre
* 90 g de farine
* 2 oeufs
* 50 g de noix concassées (ou noisettes ou noix de pécan)
Faire fondre le chocolat et le beurre au bain-marie puis laisser un peu refroidir.
Ajouter les oeufs préalablement battus, le sucre et la farine puis mélanger l'ensemble rapidement mais avec délicatesse.
Incorporer les noix et mélanger une dernière fois.
Verser la pâte dans un moule carré préalablement beurré.
Cuire environ 30 min th°6 (le dessus doit être croustillant et l'intérieur moelleux et fondant).
